has differing product ranges, fixtures, signage, lighting,
flooring and power capabilities.
Objective
Accurately measure retail and window space, record
power and lighting and note physical features of the
store. Accurately record all selling space including
products ranged in each area of the store and all
display material. Produce accurate “blueprint” of each
store supported by photographic images.
Process
Field force profiled for their auditing experience. Team sent detailed briefing packs and report forms and each team member received a detailed telephone brief. Appointments booked to ensure management available. All information verified by store manager and results collated.
Result
Results provided in a variety of formats to enable the client to filter information to suit requirements. Retailer now has accurate information of the size, format, and features of each of the 750 stores in the estate.
